Proskills Basketball is proud to present “The League”. The League is about PLAYER DEVELOPMENT.

3v3 gives kids the best possible foundation for long-term development. In 3v3, every player is constantly engaged—touching the ball more often, making more decisions, and staying active on both offense and defense. Research from USA Basketball and FIBA shows that players in 3v3:

• Get significantly more playing minutes and touches compared to 5v5
• Develop better spacing, decision-making, and teamwork
• Take more shots, passes, and defensive actions per game
• Build confidence and basketball IQ at a faster rate
• Learn to play positionless basketball, developing a complete skill set rather than being limited to one role
