Ball Movement
This is an example of great ball movement, and exactly how we want our team to play. Attack the defense, make defenders slide over to help, and then find open teammates until a GREAT shot is available.
Off-Ball Movement & Cuts
The terms off ball and on ball refer to both offensensive and defensive players depending on the context. Off ball means any player not guarding the player without the ball or any player without the ball. On ball means any player guarding a player with the ball or any player who is currently handling the ball.
